Policy and Terms
Guarantee: We guarantee our plants for 50% the price for one year from
the date of purchase if the customer plants it. This guarantee does not
cover plants in above ground containers. Warranty does not cover
mishandling/abuse of plant material, natural disasters, improper watering,
neglect, chemical
or mechanical damage. Warranty does not cover wholesale or
discounted items.
There are no cash refunds, only nursery credit.
We will guarantee our plants for 100% the price for
one year from the date of purchase if a qualified professional plants it. Planting cost is
usually 50%
the price of the tree. Delivery cost is usually based on how large the plant, and
destination location.

Our prices are subject to change without notice.
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Terms:
Payment is due at time of sale.
Restocking Fee: A fee of 30-50% the price of the
plant will be applied to orders that are canceled. Price is
determined based on the size and rarity of the plant.
Maintenance Fee:
Prepaid orders not picked up within 15 days will be
charged a maintenance fee of $10/day.
