The Gamewood Farm rental house was a
antique barn that burnt down in 1995 and was rebuilt into a house. The house
retains much of the charm of the antique barn while having all of the modern
amenities. The 1200 square foot house has 2 bedrooms 2 full baths and high
beamed ceilings. Fully equipped with central air conditioning, forced air
heat and water softener. The view from the house overlooks a secluded pond
and sleepy exotic evergreen nursery of
Lake County Pines. The circular balcony is a great place to dine and
grill. Wildlife abounds. This rental house requires no mowing, snow shoveling,
except side walk and includes a dumpster. The rental house shares a lighted, gated asphalt drive
with the main house. It comes with premium package high definition
satellite from Direct TV for 2 rooms. HBO Starz and Showtime included.
The eat in kitchen has a stainless steel gas stove with electric oven and warming drawer. The microwave is also a convection oven. The dishwasher is stainless steel inside and out.
